Im not big on posting comments but after such a stellar visit, im more than elated to share about my personal experience. This all started with an online inquiry which the office was sure to follow-up on, despite me thinking that this request was goung to be ignored like usually done by other offices. I walked into the office for my 1st appointment and from I was greeted by Kelsey & Bailey my visit was of to a great start. I'm so happy that this clinic was welcoming, spacious and provided privacy but yet still had open spaces. It was that moment, when both Dr. Mann and Simone walked out together for me I was more than impressed and started feeling even more comfortable. This is something you don't usually see, a Dr. welcoming a new pt in the waiting room before the visit. Simone's bubbly spirit got my appointment on such a great start and she made sure to keep me smiling & laughing throughout my entire visit. Also, I've never met a dental hygienist such a gentle and charming as Avelina. And Chris, the office manager, thank you for explaining all the work I needed to have done and the scheduling the procedures right away...but more importantly thanks for talking me through the in house financial process. Its because of your efforts we were able to get my dental work started today, on my first visit! But in all honesty I have no words that can express my gratitude for Dr. Mann. This was an emotional visit and doc was there for it all. The hug she offered, and I gladly accepted as tears flowed from my eyes, after she gave me my results which was way better than I anticipated originally. In this moment I was reassured that I wasn't alone. I am more than confident that I've found the BEST dental office possible. Once again thank you all...and it was certainly a pleasure to see such genuine smiles on all of the faces of the employees and other pts. Everyone in this office is truly passionate...guess you guys are definitely in the right business 😬😬😬.

Dentists of Melbourne went above and beyond to accommodate me and I had the best experience. I called for an emergency after getting declined from two other dentists and having the worst luck with my insurance. I called at 10 am and they squeezed me in at 1:30 for an appointment. They were able to take care of everything that day and took great care of me. The assistant Eddie was great and made sure I was more than comfortable during my visit. Dr. Gonzalez was great and made sure my emergency was taken care of and that I was pain free prior to leaving. The front desk helped to assist me with my insurance and a payment plan and they informed me of everything I need to know. I will 100% be back, because of the experience and care that I did not receive anywhere else. Excited to make this my primary dental office, thank you for all your help!

WOWWW!!! The medical etiquette here is bar none. I loved Eddy's upbeat attitude, the Manager Chris' professionalism, Avelina's expert explanations, and Dr. Gonzalez's patience and precision. This office is patient focused and cost conscientious! Look no further for your next dentist!
