First time visit new patient to the Dentist of Melbourne practice, within 2 minutes of walking in door, I felt like I had been a patient there for 10 years. The entire staff, admissions, techs and doctors were over the top with professionalism. I have several dental issues that need to be corrected and to my delight within 40 minutes of stepping in the door Dr. Nikki, Dr. Gonzalez and my tech Simone had a step by step treatment plan developed and fully explained to me and we got started the same day.

I cannot say enough good things about Dentist of Melbourne especially after the experience, I had today. I called in so upset leaving a different dental office and Hennessy at the front desk completely changed everything for me. She got me in SAME DAY, was incredibly kind, honest, and understanding, and immediately made me feel like I could trust the office. When you’re in pain and overwhelmed, that kind of energy matters more than anything and she delivered!!! Dr. Gonzalez was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. After leaving another dentist who made me feel like I was being sold a yacht instead of getting care, this was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, straightforward, and I truly felt like he cared about what was best for me not just my wallet. Dr. Ben, the oral surgeon, was amazing. No wait, no runaround he came in, answered all of my questions clearly, and again, was honest and respectful of my financial situation. I never once felt pressured, only supported. And Gay, the surgical tech, she was so sweet and comforting (at least from what I remember before she put me to sleep 😅). The whole surgical experience felt smooth, calm, and handled with care. I went in stressed, in pain, and honestly expecting another bad experience…and left feeling taken care of, respected, and relieved. If you’re nervous about dental work or worried about being pushed into expensive treatments, this is the place to go. They truly put the patient first.

WOW! So patient and professional. Whole family comes here. They are great with kids. Correction - amazing with our kids! So glad we found this office. Dr. Nicky, AJ, and Avelina took great care of us! The whole group actually-solid team. They all made everyone feel comfortable and procedures went very well.
